❖ At St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School, we believe that the collaboration between parents and teachers is essential for the overall development and success of our students. The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) plays a crucial role in fostering this partnership, working towards a common mission of making the school a better and more enriching environment for children to learn and grow.
❖ Our PTA serves as a bridge between the home and the school, ensuring that both parents and teachers work in unison to support the academic, social, and personal development of the students. Through regular interactions and cooperation, parents are actively involved in school activities, contributing their ideas and efforts to enhance the learning experience. This collaboration has helped strengthen the relationship between home and school, allowing parents and teachers to work together in understanding and improving students' academic performances, behavior, and overall well-being.
❖ The PTA is guided by strong leadership, with the PTA President and the School Principal working hand in hand to steer the association toward its goals. To ensure smooth and efficient functioning, we have an executive committee comprising 17 parent representatives and 8 dedicated teachers. This committee collaborates regularly to address the needs of the students, plan events, and discuss ways to improve the school environment.
❖ By working together, the PTA has played a significant role in improving the school’s facilities, supporting extracurricular activities, and fostering a positive school culture. Through their ongoing efforts, our PTA continues to enhance the educational experience, helping St. Joseph's Higher Secondary School provide a well-rounded, supportive environment for every student.
