General Rules and Regulations for Parents

❖ Parents must ensure that their children attend school regularly and on time.
❖ Parents are responsible for ensuring their children wear the correct uniform daily.
❖ Ensure that your child completes homework and assignments regularly.
❖ Parents should attend all scheduled parent-teacher meetings to discuss their child’s performance.
❖ Parents should provide healthy snacks/lunches and refrain from sending junk food.
❖ Parents must avoid sending mobile phones or gadgets with their children to school.
❖ Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in enforcing discipline and respect for school rules.
❖ Regular communication with teachers is encouraged to stay updated on the child’s academic and behavioral progress.
❖ Any absence from school should be supported by a leave letter, especially for more than three days.
❖ Parents should promptly inform the school of any changes in address, phone numbers, or emergency contacts.
❖ If the child is sick, they should be kept at home to avoid spreading illness at school.
❖ All school fees must be paid on time to avoid disruption to the child’s education.
❖ Parents should encourage their children to participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
❖ Parents are expected to maintain respectful communication with teachers and staff at all times.
❖ Parents should motivate and support their children’s learning at home and encourage discipline and hard work.
